This has always been my go to place! They are AMAZING! They are fast and accurate with every single haircut! I was in today (Sat) and they were super busy so I had to wait a little while, but I didn’t schedule an appointment prior so I understand. I did feel bad for the stylist’s because there was an unhappy father in there cursing them out (literally dropping the f-bomb) because he didn’t have an appointment and had to wait. My suggestion is, if you don’t have time to wait, especially on a busy Saturday schedule an appointment a few days before so you can be in and out. The ladies here are always helpful, accommodating and give the best kids haircuts around. You will not be disappointed!

Extremely disappointed! This place lost my business as a loyal customer. I have been taking my toddler here since his very first haircut. Never went anywhere else! He loves going and is always well behaved so he is a quick and easy cut for them. Attempted to go get his haircut recently on a WEEKNIGHT. We arrived just before 5:15 and before I could even pick up the pen to sign him in the woman in there working (while cutting someone else’s hair) shouts over to the counter at me asking if we have an appointment. We come regularly and have never needed to make an appointment for a 5 minute haircut. I reply no and she tells us that she has 2 other “appointments” ahead of us and it will take 45 minutes and they close at 6:00. She asks if we want to make an appointment to come back because she doesn’t want us to have to wait. I know this really just means she doesn’t want to get stuck there until 6:00 or a minute past and not that she is trying to do us a favor by “not wanting us to wait” like she tries to spin it. We’ve gotten this attitude before and I let it slide. I know she looked at my son thinking it was his first haircut and did not want to be bothered. Wrong again! He loves sitting in the car, watching the movie and he would’ve been a quick easy cut done in 5-10 minutes. Instead of giving us a chance you put us on the spot to make a decision and embarrassed us in front of everyone in the store. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years this is not how you treat your customers! Sometimes you have to stay at work a little longer. If you walk into a grocery store 45 minutes before closing they’re not going to say you can’t make your purchase! Figure it out and get the job done! We were there early and it’s not our fault if you’re short staffed and can’t get done 3 CHILDRENS cuts in 45 minutes?! Let’s be real here, they are not elaborate and very detailed like an adult. Also, it’s a weekday it was not some busy Saturday or holiday there’s no reason they should be so backed up. So much for trying to support a small business in tough times. I guess you really didn’t need our business so we took it elsewhere and won’t be back! Your hours are hard enough as it is for working parents to pick up their child from a sitter after work and rush over just to be treated like that! Saturdays parents are always busy running around and there’s no Sunday hours! If you’re going to run your business like that then change your signs and policy that say walk ins welcome and say appointments only then!!! We were most certainly not welcomed!!! I should’ve said we can wait and then not give her a tip! Just for her SNOBBY ATTITUDE!! Thanks for doing us the favor though so we could find better places in the area with more convenient hours and great customer service!!

Love this place. Staff is always friendly and they have movies playing to distract the kids while they’re getting their haircut. I would highly recommend this place for your child’s haircut.

I took my son there for his 1st haircut. She was absolutely incredible. I had asked for this picture I brought to be the inspiration and held no expectations because I understand how hard it is to cut a moving toddlers hair as I tried at home practicing with bangs. I’ve been cutting my own hair since 14ish so I’m okay at it..But at the same time this is your babies FIRST HAIR cut so this is so important. I had to get it done professionally. Not only did she give me exactly what was pictured but he MOVED around. I’m talking up, down, sideways, to in my arms bc he kept getting out of the bat mobile due to being spoiled and held 24/7. So she managed to cut this baby’s hair and I was amazed! He was like a bull in a China shop and she managed to get everything done and it’s so even and adorable. She’s seriously talented. You get a certificate with a baggy of your babies hair! Also you can get multiple bags of hair like we did if you’d like for mom a dad or grandparents, aunts, anything really. That’s what we did! She did everything we could’ve asked for and my first babies haircut was an experience I’ll never forget. I almost cried happy tears when I liiked over and saw how good he was with him lollipop while I got my certificate, they make it an absolutely amazing time with their talent and hospitality.They’re truly so sweet too!

Horrible place we called to see if we needed a appointment no answer arrived and signed in few kids before mine after waiting an hour and a half they erased my kids name and put at bottom of list and said they had 4 – 11:15 appointments and some other appointments for later times I would of waited another hour and a half horrible horrible place
