Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been taking my mixed daughter here for over 2 years never had an issue. The staff has always been delightful to work with always made us feel comfortable even when my daughter hair is tangled they work very hard and diligent to accommodate us, my daughter has been really comfortable getting her hair done here there is not another salon that I know of that deals with kids in such structure plus there is no deposit to book an appointment and there are multiple stylist that are available to always tend to her hair I thank god for those ladies in their. If it’s ever been an issue it’s always handled correctly and professionally if it’s ever a problem it would have to be on that person who has never dealt with hair stand point, those ladies are clearly in their to do a job and everyone of those staff members from what I have seen and experienced does it well. I have been taking my mixed daughter here for over 2 years never had an issue. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHonestly, this place needs 0 stars. Very unprofessional. Was told to bring my daughter at 6 to find out they had overbooked and wasn’t ready for her. Then was asked to come back at 7 just to be waiting another 30 minutes. Was not given appropriate communication and the girl that said she was gonna do my daughter’s hair seemed to have an attitude and didn’t directly speak to me. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a salon and would never recommend them to anyone. Simple communication and respect goes a long way.Honestly, this place needs 0 stars. Honestly, this place needs 0 stars. Very unprofessional. Was told to bring my daughter at 6 to find out they had overbooked and wasn’t ready for her. Then was asked to come back at 7 just to be waiting another 30 minutes. She was an 1 1/2 late smelling like weed, very unprofessional and extremely ignorant. She started arguing with another hairstylist that was trying to accommodate me for her being late and she was not apologetic. She did not do my daughter hair like I wanted and did not provide any customer service, while still charging the same price for the incorrect hairstyle. The owner of this establishment has NO control over the hairstylist in her own business so DO NOT book with anyone by the name of ISA or Icea. I had a horrible first time experience with a hairstylist by the name of ISA or Icea in this establishment. She was an 1 1/2 late smelling like weed, very unprofessional and extremely ignorant. She started arguing with another hairstylist that was trying to accommodate me for her being late and she was not apologetic.
