Been coming here for several years. Kids cut for a service, no wash /blowdry and hardly any product went from $18 to $25! I understand things went up, but this was price gouging. Owner doesn’t care about returning clients. Never posted any signs as a courtesy of price change. If I’m paying 25+ I’ll go to a more upscale salon in area that provides better haircuts.

I’ll preface this by saying I have four kids and have never complained about a haircut before. In fact two of my kids received their first haircuts here and they did a nice job. Yesterday Annette absolutely butchered my 11 month olds hair…bald patches all over, patches of hair left uncut, long strands of hair left at the base of his neck and sides of his otherwise buzzed head. My wife would’ve asked for her to fix some of this, but didn’t want her doing anymore damage because she’s obviously not cut out for this. They have some good hair cutters there I believe, but stay far away from this one!

Impatient when making a plan and then was obviously annoyed when I asked her to fix it and aggressively did an uneven unnecessarily short buzzcut (normally they ask what number you want but she just grabbed a 1 and started at it). Meanwhile she had rushed through the cut in maybe 5 of “30 mins” allotted and for a COMPLETELY lopsided and patchy cut on my toddler. Cars and tvs were nice for him though. Never again.

worst experience to date. My “stylist” (if you can call her that) name was Maiza. From when we walked in for our appointment (which we were a couple minutes early) my boys were going back and forth deciding who was going to go first which she rudely interjected and tried to rush them. I told her that he needed a trim and to take about an inch off all around and specifically told her that he likes it a bit long and shaggy. To give reference he is black/white and has curly hair with about 1/2 inch undercut that goes around his head . She begins trying to detangle his hair which she got about a 1/4 of the way through and then decides to just start trimming around like a bowl, some parts she didn’t even use any guide. Mind you his hair was tangled. Needless to say his hair went from covering his ear and his glasses at times to his front curls barely covering his forehead. My 11 year old was in tears leaving the salon and expressed fears about being bullied in school for his haircut. NOT TO MENTION HIS BDAY THE FOLLOWING DAY. It was awful and she was awful for being so careless

The worst service ever…they overbooked and then I was ok waiting…my appointment was at 10:30 and at 10:50 they dicided to take the 11am appointment and for us to continue to wait…unacceptable…so upset right before my kid’s bday…so upsetting…very unprofessional…never taking my kids there again.
