I walk into an entirely empty shop 5 minutes late to a scheduled appointment due to a train and was told they didn’t have time for my son to get a trim. Let me restate that there was literally NOBODY in the shop at this time yet you’re refusing the business of someone right in front of you who is already scheduled. Disappointing to say the least when you clearly need the business. Saint Cloud location is apparently where they send the lazy workers. How unfortunate that they lost 3 potential new clients in one fell swoop over one lazy worker. (I believe her name is Erica)

We brought our 1 year old and 5 year old for their first haircut. The staff was amazing. They have tricks to distract the kids with TV shows and toys to distract them. Both kids left with a lolly pop and a smile.

We’d been trying to get our 2 year olds hair cut for a long time and could only ever get a somewhat decent trim… until we went to Kids Hair in St Cloud today! The atmosphere was wonderful, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and our stylist was soooo good with our boy! He had his first successful clippers experience and even got trimmed well around the neck and ears! Highly recommend!

Tracy Smith is the absolute best stylist you could ask for! I’ve been taking my son to her since he was just a year old. She has done his hair every month-every other month for over 8 years. He used to hate haircuts, then he met Tracy and we’ve never gone to anyone else! She is the best with kids. Just a doll and a pleasure to be around! We recommend her 100%!
