This is the second kids hair location I have brought my son to. He had the same stylist, Mitzi, both times. He had a wonderful time and loves his fresh look. They also allowed me to reschedule twice without penalty and rescheduling was easy on the website.

It was really easy to make an appointment online, and Chloe Z brought us right back when we got there so there was no waiting. We have been to Kids hair for 6 yrs for my daughter and we have always been pleased but this one stylist Joanna ruined my daughters normal short bob hair cut and my 2yr old son’s hair cut too . So, obviously during billing I didn’t add any tip when I asked that his hair looks weird the way it’s been cut she said “ I don’t know man “ and shrugged her shoulders . She didn’t care to fix his hair or ask if it looked right. She just asked to get him off the chair as he was crying . It’s supposed to be a kids hair salon and she seemed irritated as a 2 yr old started crying on being clipped . I was told to get any other appointment, if I needed to get his hair fixed . Never going to go back to this stylist again . She kept arguing with me, on what I really wanted during my daughter’s appointment too. I shouldn’t have booked another session with her, but that was the only time available.

I made an appointment ahead of time for my grandson to get a haircut. We got there only a couple minutes late, 3 or 4, and sat down to wait. They seemed pretty busy so we waited patiently for ten minutes. Eventually, a lady came over but was not welcoming or kind at all. She seemed very annoyed, but I apologized for being a couple minutes late. She exclaimed that she had lost track of time and then said very forcefully multiple times that they cannot give us the appointment anymore because we were a couple minutes late and the haircutter was already 15 minutes behind and my appointment would make them 30 minutes behind and since i was late, she wouldn’t do it. I was calm even though she was visibly upset and pretty rude. There was no reason to be rude. Even if she needed to reschedule.

My daughter did have a resting toddler face but after we left she bragged about it being HER haircut place. They did a great job and made the process very easy for mom and kid.

This was our first time here and it also was our kids first haircuts. They had everything down to an art form with the kids. At each station there is a TV playing a kids movie and a chest strap on each chair for the kids, so there is never a worry for the younger kids falling out. When it was all said and done, boys take around 10 minutes while girls take about 15 and that includes a braid in her hair. While you wait, there is a big chalk board and other toys for the kids to stay occupied. I would recommend this place.
