We do braids at KBS, We realize that everyone opens salons for adults, so we decided to open one for kids, where they can feel comfortable and welcome. We wash also . We do hair braiding with beads or without beads; and we can do extensions, feed-ins, twist, box braids, knotless,sew in, crochet….. WE ALSO DO ADULTS!!! I really enjoy this place waiting on my daughter to get her hair braided. They had on kiddie movies which was very respectful. They are very kid friendly. the only reason why I can’t give them five stars is because the price of my daughter’s hair was the same price I would pay for mine. But it was cute!

My and my daughter went to this salon on June 30, 2022 to get her hair washed and braided. Another client was there with her daughter to get her hair braided too, so she got serviced first which made us second in line. We waited 2hrs and 40mins total (plus she was 20 mins late because they opened at 9am) She told my daughter to sit in her chair, then starts to comb her hair. Then she takes my daughter to the wash bowl and tells me it’s not in her heart to continue washing her hair because she can’t deal with my daughter crying! I just came to the conclusion that she just didn’t want to do my daughter hair because my daughter wasn’t screaming or kicking at the top of her lungs. My daughter whines but does not cry and scream, she’s 6. This would have been her first time doing my daughter hair BUT this is not my first time here at the shop. The other woman usually does my child hair with no issue but she wasn’t there because I was told by her that she’s on vacation and I can call or come back on July 5, 2022 which serves me no purpose when I’m trying to get my daughter hair done before the holiday! I made this review because it was inconvenient for me because I had to wait 2-3 hours to TRY to get my daughter hair done and left with nothing done! I will have to come back ONLY when the other woman works smh!

I take both my children to Cinna and she’s great with them. Her customer service is amazing. I love how patient she is. The shop is well organized and she braids their hair beautifully and quickly. I brought my three year old daughter here to get her hair braided for the first time a few months ago. At first, I was hesitant because she was so young. Sienna and the other staff were so kind and personable. I really appreciate how the salon environment is kid friendly and they treat every little girl like she’s special. My daughter fell asleep during the braiding so i knew her braids weren’t too tight. My daughters hair was beautiful and it lasted a long time. I have since brought my daughter back several times and have gotten my hair done as well. My daughter loves this place and looks forward to getting her hair done! We will be long time customers for sure!
