Critical: QualityI never post negative reviews, however we were overall displeased with the experience we had here over the weekend. We have been to other kid friendly shops to get my son’s haircut in Mt. Pleasant and have always had a fabulous experience . This was the only place, in a pinch, that could see us on a Saturday. We felt rushed and that some of their Covid protocols were lacking. The haircut they provided looked fine while it was still wet, but once the hair was dry you could instantly tell the lack of quality. They were nice to all of the children, and are working very hard. I never post negative reviews, however we were overall displeased with the experience we had here over the weekend. We have been to other kid friendly shops to get my son’s haircut in Mt. Pleasant and have always had a fabulous experience . This was the only place, in a pinch, that could see us on a Saturday. We felt rushed and that some of their Covid protocols were lacking. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy children have been going to this salon since opening. Everyone is professional and my kids always look great! I was nervous at first about visiting during COVID but they put my mind at ease. The salon is super clean, socially distanced ( thanks to online sign in) and all toys are put away. Each stylist has their own toy bin! Everyone is great about wearing masks and I have never felt unsafe. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate!My children have been going to this salon since opening. My children have been going to this salon since opening. Everyone is professional and my kids always look great! I was nervous at first about visiting during COVID but they put my mind at ease. The salon is super clean, socially distanced ( thanks to online sign in) and all toys are put away. Each stylist has their own toy bin!
