I show myself to their location on Sunday at 5:15pm, requesting for a blow dry service. My hair is shoulder length and wavy, so it doesn’t take long to do. The lady at the front desk was going to help me but then another girl came from sitting and smoking outside saying that they can’t provide me service because it closed. Why on the web and on your salon door is advertise you guys closed at 6pm but then you wanna decide when you are done? You might as well don’t put no time cause it’s not right for you guys to be advertising something that’s not. And you are very unprofessional because you can have offer me an appointment for some other day but it was clearly known that you didn’t want to provide me with service and overall I felt you were just being racist!
