Definitely will be back. I love my hair. They made highlights and trimmed my ends. The shop is small, which is something I prefer. Not too many people so I didn’t have to worry about waiting for the stylist to be finished with someone else before getting to me. The shampooing was amazing, I already have plans on returning in a few weeks for another blowout now that the temperature has raised. Excelent customer service specially from Dolly. I love this place!

The first experience there wasn’t the best compared to some other salons I’ve been, however, they are different than many because truly care about their customers and want you to walk away satisfied. The manager, Iris, was super helpful and kind! I’d highly recommend going to her for your hair if she is available!

I always go to Sarita when I want to get my eyebrows done. I have pretty sensitive skin and have experienced pain and swollen eyebrows every single time after I got them threaded. This was all before I met Sarita. Not only does she do a great job and give my eyebrows a brilliant shape. But she also does it with such care and precision, that I barely feel pain while she threads my eyebrows and they don’t end up getting swollen. I have been going to her for about 2 years and haven’t gone to anyone else since. I even introduced my mum and sister to Sarita and they get their grooming done from her too. I will continue to go to her because she is brilliant at what she does and will 100% recommend her to anyone else.

Bhanu and the rest of her staff are fantastic with eyebrown and waxing services. They are newer to the Bethesda area but better than any other place I have been to otherwise. Less painful as well; usually I get my eyebrows waxed first then threaded for shape after.

Sarita does my eyebrows exactly the way I want. Her threading style is very good, it doesn’t irritate my skin. I have thick eyebrows and she has always perfectly shaped them. I would absolutely recommend her.

I will never come here. when I was getting my hair dyed the lady was being so aggressive I felt my neck hurting and she even got the dye all over my forehead and checks being so careless, and don’t let me start on this bleach because I’m now MISSING HAIR. I did not get what I asked for. This experience has traumatized me. wish there was a 0 star button.
