Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityToday was my first time visiting, and I had a pleasant experience. I got my brows waxed, a pedicure and gel manicure. The staff was friendly and it was a clean environment. I liked that they used quality products and gently removed my old gel polish. I didn’t have to worry about nail damage, which is a priority for me.I got the Lux Pedicure since it was $10 off this week and same price as the regular pedicure, but there wasn’t anything particularly memorable about it. I appreciated the ease of choosing colors while getting my pedicure, and the fact that there wasn’t any guessing about whether colors were available in gel so I could get a mani to match.I attached pictures of my gel manicure. They don’t look bad and I’m hoping they hold up well, but aren’t as “polished” as I would expect for the price point ($35). They’re already showing minor signs of wear, but I’m hopeful they’ll last. Only time will tell!Overall I would definitely return to get my brows waxed, but I think the mani/pedi is a bit overpriced. Today was my first time visiting, and I had a pleasant experience. I got my brows waxed, a pedicure and gel manicure. The staff was friendly and it was a clean environment. I liked that they used quality products and gently removed my old gel polish. I didn’t have to worry about nail damage, which is a priority for me.

I went on the recommendation of my daughter and so happy I did. The last time I had my nails done professionally was approximately 25 years ago for my wedding and they popped off the next day. I have never had an issue with the work done at Khroma. My original nails grow up and Kathy and Daniella have educated me on the best products to use and never make me feel as if I HAVE TO schedule another appointment. I have been going every 3 weeks since June for a fresh set and it never fails, I always get compliments when they are completed. I have never had an issue with chipping, breaking or color wearing off. I love it so much I even purchased gift cards for my mother in law for a mani-pedi and she absolutely loved her experience there. I enjoyed a pedicure there with gel polish and it was the best! My favorite part besides being pampered was the leg message. My daughter has been visiting this salon since it opened and prior to that Kathy did her nails elsewhere. I went on the recommendation of my daughter and so happy I did. The last time I had my nails done professionally was approximately 25 years ago for my wedding and they popped off the next day. I have never had an issue with the work done at Khroma. i’ve been a faithful customer to the owner at every shop she has ever worked at & i’ll never go anywhere else! i go here for my manicures, gel polish, pedicures, eyelashes, EVERYTHING! the service is always amazing, definitely a lovely atmosphere. i never have any complaints and i get so many compliments no matter where i go. i get nail art just about every set and she blows me EVERY TIME. my nails never break or fall off! for an example, i got myself into a physical altercation and my nails looked just as they did when i left the salon! keep up the good work ladies!
