Specialist was okay. Horrible customer service, double billing, confused insurance company and were to send diagnostics. I have been trying to resolve billing and diagnostics issue for weeks and just get pushed back by anyone I get in contact from Khouri Dermatology. Emails never answered and calls are only re-directed to someone else who asks you to call later. Apparently Miss Julie is the only one that can figure out any billing mistakes on their end and she is always away from her desk or on vacation…
