I had a great experience here today. I walked in at 1:15pm and immediately got in a chair to have my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. The lady who helped me had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the service. My eyebrows look great! The price is very affordable as well ($12 for brows, $5 for upper lip). I highly recommend this business and will definitely be coming here again.

Took me 4 days to write this review since I was expecting the bruise I got during my eyebrow session to fade away. I went to this salon ONLY because my usual go to eyebrow salon (karki parlor) was closed. Good to know khoobsurat takes walkins too. I don’t know the name of the lady (rather a girl) who did my eyebrows. She literally cut my right eyelid while doing under brows. Now I am not new to threading so I know how cuts appear post threading, usually the ones I got were not sensed DURING the session but rather after coming home, so as to say the minor bruises. But I swear, this one was so intense that I literally held back from ouching! Worst part- this girl did not even apologize for cutting my eyelid! Apart from these when you are doing eyebrows you should be careful about ur thread cutting surrounding regions, like when it brushes off ur nose.. she wasn’t even careful about such things! This was my first time in khoobsurst and I am definitely not going back here! I would have given 0 stars to this salon both for bruising my eyelid and not apologizing but that’s not a feature that google has released yet!

It’s good for only threading, waxing here is not recommended for people with sensitive skin. I got rash with itching immediately and it lasted for many days. I am not sure how Hygiene they are

I went there for a haircut, eyebrows, upper lips and chin threading.I had booked my appointment over the call and it was first time ever to visit this salon. I was been told that the hair wash, haircut and hair blow would be done together but when I reached the place, the lady directly started cutting my hair.Within 10 minutes she was done and she only did blow dry to my front hair bangs. I asked her to style my hair and that time she told me that the hair need to be washed.I am not happy with the haircut I have got after all this but the hair wash and blow dry were good.After this came the threading of eyebrows, upper lips and chin. That lady did my eyebrows well but gave me bruises all over my chin and upper lips. Really non-professional! I am that kind of a person who likes to give newbies a chance but the lady looked like an in charge of that place and should have done threading many times. Critical: ValueI have always come here for threading and they do a brilliant job. However, this time the lady who did my waxing was super rude and believe it or not burnt my skin which I realized only the next day. Stay away from her (Unfortunately, I don’t know her name)! There are other professionals who do an amazing job with so much patience.
