I had the worst experience at Khoobsurat salon today. I called them to check if they cut kids hair. They said yes. I went there with my 10 year old. The lady had no idea as to how to cut hair. I asked her to trim it and she clearly cut it short. Then when she was done I could see my daughter’s hair cut all uneven as if cut by a newbie. I obviously asked her to fix it which she could not and made the hair more short.In the end she told me this is how framing is done and I don’t understand how on earth cutting uneven hair is framing of hair. I have now a bad hair cut and a very grumpy kid at home.It will take some time to fix her hair as it has been cut short and we have to grow it a bit.My first and last trip to this salon if they can call it so.

Along with Parlour they have boutique so you can shop Indian accessories and attire with reasonable cost. You can also buy statues of lord Ganesh and more. Eyebrows are done with very less in time. First off, I went in and they did not sanitize the area they were going to wax. I told the lady nicely to please sanitize the area before waxing, she pretended like she did not hear me. She waxed my brows and my upper lip. My lip was patchy and all the hair was not completely waxed off. She then began doing my brows, she threaded them unevenly. One eyebrow is now currently a lot thicker than the other one. When it was time for me to pay, she let me know there was also an additional fee if I used my debit card. She didn’t notify me of any extra fees before the service. If you want friendly staff, a good environment, and good service, don’t go here. It is clear that some of these ladies didn’t attend beauty school.

I see a lot of brow reviews here are negative. The staff isn’t super friendly and the lines can be very long. But other than that, this is the place I love to get my brows done because they do a really amazing job! Every other brow place I go to doesn’t get it perfect like the people here. They give me five star brows, so I’m giving them five stars.

Worst experience.Staff is rude and greedy for just money.No customer service satisfaction.They just hurriedly finished facial and did so bad haircut that I am repenting that why I went there.i would never recommend anyone.They constantly look at every minute to just finish haphazardly so they get time to chat amongst themselves.they are not ashamed to be blunt to customers. I went for waxing,facial and haircut and everything they screwed up.
