Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI asked for shorter squared white full set of acrylics, the white is see through and my nails are super thin and feel terrible, the shaping was terrible and the lady didn’t get out the bumps on the top of the nail. The nails were crooked and I just had a bad feeling when I first walked in. It only took the lady 40 min to do my nails. I asked for shorter squared white full set of acrylics, the white is see through and my nails are super thin and feel terrible, the shaping was terrible and the lady didn’t get out the bumps on the top of the nail. The nails were crooked and I just had a bad feeling when I first walked in. It only took the lady 40 min to do my nails. So just very poor service and lady is not that good at nails.

Called a day prior asking if they had openings as I understood mother’s day weekend may be busy. She said at 9am. We arrive to see they don’t open till 9:30 but we wait until 9 anyways. No one came to unlock the doors or anything. Kinda hard to get a good review when you don’t open at the scheduled appt time

Critical: QualityTERRIBLE job! All I wanted was to have my gel polish changed to another color from my previous gel manicure, nothing more. Before I could stop her, she filed my nails and they no longer had the rounded shape. They were filed crooked and had sharp corners. The polish is on my cuticles and skin. I chose the “cats eye” polish and I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to see the red underneath that activates the design. Yes I could have had her fix it, but I wanted out of there!TERRIBLE job! TERRIBLE job! All I wanted was to have my gel polish changed to another color from my previous gel manicure, nothing more. Before I could stop her, she filed my nails and they no longer had the rounded shape. They were filed crooked and had sharp corners. The polish is on my cuticles and skin. My friends and I went here and expected to get our nails done in a timely manner. However, little did we know, we were told it was going to be a 30 minute wait and we were their for an hour and a half and decided to walk out. This place has no respect for customers and is unfocused and does not prioritize keeping their customers happy. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have an hour and half to spare.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI started coming here about 3-4 years ago after being told there was a 2 hour wait at another salon and I’m so glad I did. This is the only place I’ll go to now. Never had an issue with services and if something messes up I can go back in and have it fixed. I recommend this nail salon to everyone.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Did a great job! I walked right in and was seated, I just got a gel polish change but she did a great job and was done within 20mins! I’ll definitely go back!

Absolutely terrible. She cut me, broke several of my nails and wouldn’t fix them, was incredibly rude when I told her I didn’t want sparkly nail polish, painted ALL over my fingers and wouldn’t fix it, and didn’t even try to make my nails look good.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! My nails looked horrible when the owner was done. She was rude, she hurt my fingers when she was pulling them as well. I told her I was gonna go back the next day so she could fix them and she refused.
