Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWent in for eyebrow threading and waxing of upper lip and chin. The technician kept implying if I wanted to thread my chin and lips. But I politely explained to her that I prefer getting them waxed and if she needs to clean up with threading after that she can. Later only I realized she was pushing me for it because she didn’t know how to wax and had to ask her coworker for help to wax. There were still some baby hairs remaining after waxing and so I requested if she can use the thread to get them off which is when she started telling me again that she had suggested threading in the first place. This is when I got a little irritated and said that I have been doing this for years now and have my preferences which I had stated from the get go. She then started arguing with me about how professional she was and that she does this everyday. I tried to clarify things with her when she basically cut me off and asked to just make a payment.Note to the owner- your staff may be good at the grooming services but they need some “grooming” when it comes to customer service. But I politely explained to her that I prefer getting them waxed and if she needs to clean up with threading after that she can.
