Shop was very nice/clean. Everybody was very nice. My favorite was, I wasn’t too short for the shampoo bowl, which made it a very pleasant experience. Usually the bowls are made for taller people which makes it uncomfortable if you’re short but it was great. Very attentive staff…the lady who did my hair Denise was very patient with me and I left very happy with my experience.

First and last time customer! The owner was nice and the facility is clean; however, I did not see everyone entering being asked to use the hand sanitizer before sitting. Also, the hairstylists I went to was heavy handed! I explained to her I have a sensitive scalp and she wraked through my hair before washing my hair, during my wash, and after the wash. Now I have to cut my hair from the split ends I know I have. Additionally, my scalp was sore for two days. I’m not sure if this is how she normally does hair, or if she was feeling vindictive because she thought my appointment was at 1000 and waited an hour when we agreed upon 1100. Overall this was a negative experience for me. I have given up on finding a hairstylists at this point.
