I’ve been going here since I was 16. We’ve started my dread locks I’m excited for this journey. They are very detailed with their work. You must be patient when visiting. Understand that it’s not their fault people line up at the door before its time to open. Their just that good!

They braid very good, it’s just the waiting time and your edges. For 1 if yu would be the first one they’d skip your turn 1-2 times. Second of all they ALWAYS braid your edges even if yu tell them to leave them alone. Also they like to just stop and do other peoples hair and leave yu in the chair !! Like I said they braid good but they are unprofessional.

I had an appointment for 7am…did not show up until 7:30 and after I told her I had an appointment she took another client because she knew her mom.. very unprofessional..after I asked her what time would the other person be here to braid she told me she didn’t know…Before I left I called her mom multiple times and she never answered the phone so I text her to let her know how unprofessional there business is ..wish it was a 0 star.. would not recommend

Got in at the last minute (same day) like 15 minutes from calling in to braiding. Excellent job! My daughter love it. Great environment everyone nice and accommodating. 3 hours and my daughter hair is thick and down her back. Thank you so much!! Saved the day!

They made me wait 2 hours to start my hair just to say Nevermind because she was to lazy to comb it that is horrible, she had an attitude the whole time, and was just braiding not even combing the hair. When asked is it okay if I just comb the hair she replied “I just wait till tomorrow to finish I’m tired and I want to go pick up my son.” I replied “you had me wait for 2 hours for you to finish someone e else’s hair, then you start on my hair get halfway through and you don’t want to do it because I want my hair combed out before you braid it.” Horrible place, very unprofessional and poor customer service.

So they have wonderful service and very good braids and your hair come out neat every time. But the downside of them they give a time to come but when you get there your waiting hours. One Sunday I got out there at 645 and wait till 245 and still ain’t get in a chair. So I left. But they are good.

Called the day before looking to see if someone could do the braids I wanted for my 50th birthday party. I was told only 1 lady could do them. I explained I needed to be out by a certain time she agreed told me to arrive at 10 am the next day. I waited 2 hours, called her another lady in the shop called her, she never arrived at work that day. Ruined everything!!!! I will never go back or send anyone else to this place. Shameful business practice.
