Critical: Quality, ValueGod I wish I read the reviews before I went. I came here for 2 strand twist in my dreads. Sounds simple enough right? But no, there are 5 to a dread in some places in the back. There are 4 strand hairs to a dread in some places in the middle, and there are 3 sets (at least that I can see) that have 3 strands to a dread. My hair was extremely rushed and VERY uneven I am not the type to complain, but when I got home and seen thick and skinny dreads I was genuinely hurt and when I tried texting her to this very second I have not gotten a response. My hair is easy. If she can’t do my hair right only god knows what else she isn’t doing right. I hope this is the right business on 6810 Shannon pkwy in union city. Nobody deserves to waste 80$ on something they didn’t remotely ask for. She gave me a card and it said “Dior and daughter African hair braiding but when I looked them up I seen a 5 star place in college park and knew I had the wrong place. God I wish I read the reviews before I went. I came here for 2 strand twist in my dreads. Sounds simple enough right? But no, there are 5 to a dread in some places in the back. There are 4 strand hairs to a dread in some places in the middle, and there are 3 sets (at least that I can see) that have 3 strands to a dread. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI showed pics of how full I wanted my ends to look & was promised for 200 I would get this for waist length braids. It was like 7/8 o’clock & I told the owner before hand, I wanted my hair to look just like the picture & if y’all going to be tired I will come back tomorrow. She stated, “ NO it will look just like this & I will have three braiders on your head.” I then told her if I have three braiders I don’t want my hair to look like I had three people braiding my hair. Whelp in conclusion I looked like I had three people braiding my hair! Hair all different lengths with stringy end looking like they ran out of hair & just continued to braid instead of adding more! Not to add the owner was falling asleep as she was braiding my hair. I complained before leaving stating I will pay for the services but I need my ends completed. I was leaving out of town for a week & would be back the following Sunday. The owner promised they would fix my hair during that following week & I called & she LIED & said they completed everything that night & hung up in my face & stopped answering the calls! A total waste of 200. You can go anywhere for 200 waist length braids so please don’t come here. Your ends will look a MESS & dipping them in hot water will not be enough! If you do decide to come watch them in the process of braiding your hair, you will be thinking they’re coming back to add more hair to your ends & they will not! If you don’t make them correct everything that day learn from my mistake & get it in writing. Worst service EVER! Don’t fall for the lies. There are to many braiding shops to deal with poor service for full pricing! I went here a month ago I walked out of the shop with my hair looking like it was 6 months old. My hair was not neat and then when I called to complain about my hair she told me to come back she will do it for a discount but turned out I got my hair braided a second time and it was even worse then the first time.THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BRAID HAIR; PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

Made me wait another 2 hour to redo it then customers came in after me they started on their head. You would think that they would want to get me out since I was a redo but they put one lady on my head and put 2 to 3 ladies on the new customers head. Very bad customer service!!! The worst ever!!! They had my cornrows in the front looking as if they were 2 weeks old. Then when you complain they petty about fixing it. Made me wait another 2 hour to redo it then customers came in after me they started on their head. You would think that they would want to get me out since I was a redo but they put one lady on my head and put 2 to 3 ladies on the new customers head. Very bad customer service!!!
