Update: got my lashes done here and they were an absolute disaster. I went to a different esthetician the next day and she said she had never seen a set of lashes that were such a mess. I had clumps of 6-7 lashes that were glued together all over my eyes. After trying to pick them apart for an hour by a different lash artist I had to have them removed. She also pointed out that the extensions were placed halfway up my lashes. I posted pictures of the mess but they keep getting deleted. I voiced my concern to Kate and after she refused to refund me I got blocked.

I was an eyelash newbie… when scheduling the first appt she asked what I wanted. My newbie self shrugged & said idk. Lol. She patiently & knowledgeably educated me on types & lengths & the entire process as well as lash care. Today was my 3rd lash appointment with Kate & I love love love them! I continue to be very happy with my lashes, with her skill, client education, willingness to answer all my crazy questions and how comfortable she makes the whole process.
