Key Stylist should rename her salon “in and out”! I’m always amazed how fast Kesha (owner) will have me looking fabulous with a full service within 2.5 hours. I also love that she supply hair extensions for weave services and will match the weave to your hair! Bye bye embarrassing moments when you sweat or get caught in the rain and your leave out let the world know that your wearing a weave! Kesha matched my 4c/4b hair with the hair she sell and EVERYTIME I wear a sew in I have to stop someone from rubbing their fingers through my hair. And I admit I’ve told a little lie or two saying it was all of my real hair. What’s the point of spending the money on a weave if it doesn’t look like it growing from your scalp?! Kesha always amazes me with her skill, time management and professionalism. Needless to say I’m beyond in love with Kesha and she has defiantly gained a life long client.

The initial experience was wonderful.. Her assistant was very nice and welcoming. Her assistant asked me what I was getting done and I stated a ponytail. The lady prepped me for the ponytail with Kesha. I sat in the chair of Kesha’s and she asked me again what did I book and I told her a ponytail. She let me know she doesn’t do that style on certain days. I pleaded with her to see if she could do my hair still and she responded she was only willing to curl my hair for 60 dollars… I contemplated until she proceeded to shove her phone in my face to remind me that she does not do ponytails on Wednesday… I get it… but considering her stylist already prepped me why not finish? you are willing to do one service but not the other? I let her know how rude she was and this is the second bad salon experience I’ve had within two days… She let me know I was rude and dismissed me out of her salon… fast forward her staff member then pins my arms back while Kesha swings on me… another young lady intercepted… keep in mind I am no threat I was nothing but nice to her… I had to file a report and everything.. I hate that this happened oh and btw she kept my depo and refuses to give it back considering it was allocated for the finished ponytail. Very Unprofessional! Uncouth! Aggressive! I pray she gets better with her customer service!

I said I was gonna let God deal with these Heffas, but my family encouraged me to warn potential clients about my experience. Now, I have been an active client of Kesha the owner for almost 2 years now. Never had any issues with her, well that’s what I thought. Until I scheduled an appointment with her associate Nayissia. I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago I believe, for 1pm.. I arrived at my appointment at 12:50. Nayissa assistant washed my hair, then left me at the shampoo bowl for 40 minutes, then… I waited an additional hour for her to service someone who showed up after me, but appointment time was somehow before mine at 12/12:30 idk.. Now, had she SIMPLY said, hey, I am running a little behind today. Would you like some water or wine??? Anything? Nothing, she said nothing, but I’m ready for you at 3 pm. So by that time I’m completely disturbed so I told her when I sat in her chair how I felt. Apparently, I had done something wrong because the owner Kesha asked me to step in the back. She immediately tells me this is NOT a SPA!! Insulted me as though I didn’t know where the heck I was.. then told me I always have a problem, and that I should’ve booked my hair appointment a day before if I had somewhere to be by 6!!! Chile… Then the girl Nayssia comes back there, explaining why she was running behind AFTER the confrontation… Then goes on to say, she no longer wants to do my hair, and that I can have my deposit back. I’m sorry y’all.. These so called women are unprofessional, immature, have no respect for clients time or money. Now Kesha so called taught this girl her technique, but she has no time management skills what so ever. Kesha portrays to be this humble, old school gal, but she’s ratchet than most!! She takes no accountability for herself, or her employees in the Shop. It’s sad y’all… I highly encourage you all to save yourself the headache, and red bumps that their PERFECT PONYS will leave you with! Now that they have revealed their true colors, the services are not worth the money being spent. Having read some of these reviews is totally insane. So now y’all fighting the clients huh?? Damn. Welp! I think I covered about everything! Thank me later

I had a appointment with the stylist Dejah. My original appointment was medium tribal braids at 12:30 on Friday August 9th. She rescheduled my appointment three times because she was supposedly going out of town Friday. She pushed me up to Tuesday and then when I said I could not do Tuesday she said Wednesday was okay but never assigned me a time. Now we came to a agreement for me to come Monday @7:30 am & When I arrived at the shop I was waiting outside for more than a hour. I was constantly calling and messaging her on instagram and she continued to read my messages and not respond & I’ve been nothing but patient with her. I was going out of town Wednesday & since I scheduled this appointment in July I was highly upset and disappointed because I had been looking forward to this appointment for some time now. It’s completely unprofessional and I legit thought it was a scam because her and her assistant communication skills are terrible. Then I contacted the owner of the shop and almost immediately after she responded the stylist responded apologizing hours later & by then I told her how I felt through a wordy response and she took her apology back and just refunded my money.

I wish I could give this shop negative 5 stars! My friend went to this shop and was assaulted, she went to get a ponytail and the owner refused her because she said she don’t do ponytails on Wednesday she only do sew ins but they prepped her to get her hair done but then she was refused service. My friend tried to plead with the lady to do her hair but she still refused her and told her to leave her shop then the other stylist grab her pinned her arms back as the owner tried to swing on her but the other girl stopped that from happening . Im so mad this happen to my friend and something needs to be done about this. This was not caused for and she didn’t deserve that and they don’t deserve to be in business treating ppl like that.
