He is super mellow, not pushy, extremely patient, and can hold a conversation down with anyone. He understands what you want or need and does everything to perfection. Been going to Mikee a few times now. He’s the best barber in all of Boise – I’d put him up against anyone. He is super mellow, not pushy, extremely patient, and can hold a conversation down with anyone. He understands what you want or need and does everything to perfection. I’ve been following Mikee for years now and I couldn’t think of a better barber to take not only yourself to, but those you know. He’s attentive to detail, listens to how you want your hair cut, he’s clean and professional. I trust him with my hair and my 12 year old brothers and his surrounding is on point for a perfect family barber. Continentals shop alone is also very welcoming and clean. This review is a little late but just before Thanksgiving I took my little brother in for his hair cut with Mikee. I’ve been following Mikee for years now and I couldn’t think of a better barber to take not only yourself to, but those you know. He’s attentive to detail, listens to how you want your hair cut, he’s clean and professional. I have been going to Mikee for about three years now and I have never been happier with my haircuts. His work is superior and his pricing is great for the amazing work he does. Mikee is one of those barbers that even when your haircut is finished you don’t want to leave. He is one of the most down to earth guys and we have a great conversation every time I visit for a haircut which is a huge plus in a barber shop. I take my kids to see him and they love it.The Continental is small and intimate, with an old world feel that is cozy and inviting, evoking images of brandy snifters and cigars over cards. I was greeted upon arrival, informed that I’d be seen shortly and where the ultra plush couch was.All in all, this seems like a really good move for Mikee and the Continental will be better for his presence!
