Decent nails, terrible service. Kevin is no longer the owner and the staff is different. Lily did my nails, she nicked me a couple times and was very rough and unapologetic. She left product all over my skin. I always tip my nail tech. very well especially those that take care of me but I just felt unappreciated and rushed. I asked for two black stripes on ONE nail, she said it would be $10 extra. And yet right next to me there is a display of nails with heavy jewels and designs for the SAME price. I feel like she said that price just so I would keep moving. Like I said the nails are decent but don’t expect to be treated like they appreciate your business.

Yesterday was the first and last time I will patronize this shop. I requested a polish change. The experience was pleasant. However, the polish started chipping the same day and today all the nails have chipped! I simply threw away my $20.00. I did not think to take a picture prior to writing this review. This place use to do good work. I went there on December 20th for a manicure and pedicure. The girl was so unprofessional, she painted my nails standing up. Not to mention the polish came off the next day. Ladies and gentlemen please don’t waste your money going to this dirty floor RUDE nail shop. Take your business where you can get a professional job for your money. The girl cleaned the clippers by putting a little alcohol on them. That was scary. I will never go back again.

Long wait and they are expensive I paid $70 for a pedicure they charge $20 for two design and the design are not even cute. Most nail shops it’s $5 or $6 per design. That was my last time there.

While the pedicures are decent, the quality of service as well as, customer service is pretty bad. I’m actually not hard to please but, I’ve been disappointed by this establishment numerous times. In reference to, my gel polish peeling off on 2 occasions and a very messy fill in. This is entirely my fault for choosing to patronize them due to their close proximity to my house but, it’s not worth it. Jackie is quite entitled with a lack of empathy; attached to the lack of acknowledgment and accountability of their (the employees) shortcomings. Conversely, there is a slightly older man with glasses who is a sweetheart, always.
