Critical: PunctualityMy son and I came in a few weeks ago, and waited almost 30 minutes, before leaving. From what I have heard, this place does a great job, but there was a large family waiting in front of us, as well as another person. Only two barbers were working, and when we left at he 30 minute mark, both were still on the original customers, from when we arrived.I understand “quality over quantity”, but it has to be within reason. The staff member who greeted us was really nice, and seemed to be very skilled from the customer he was working on. Nonetheless, if you know you are going to be busy at certain hours and times, you might consider hiring or requesting a third or fourth employee, since there were additional stations at the establishment.
