Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityDON’T GO WITH CINDY.she sits at the far left desk and she is nothing close to professional. I asked her to do a simple line design on my nails and she messed them up and they looked disgusting so I asked her to fix them and she couldn’t so I decided to go plain color so instead of her cleaning the lines she just adds another coat of nail polish and the lines underneath still show and bumpy. She ends up removing all gel nail polish, tells me to go wash my hands then walks over to tell me to quote “GO HOME”.Never ever doing anything there anymore.Her manger Tracy asked what happened when she heard me yelling and tries to do my nails that’s after they have been completely ruined by the unprofessional CINDY.I don’t recommend you going to that place ever. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis salon is terrible. Poor service. I had a pedicure with gel polish and a gel full set. Two days after receiving my pedicure the nail polish turned yellow (I had purple color) after one week my full set began to chip also multiple nails broke (which is very uncommon for me) and to top it off they told me two different prices. This salon is terrible. Poor service. I had a pedicure with gel polish and a gel full set. Two days after receiving my pedicure the nail polish turned yellow (I had purple color) after one week my full set began to chip also multiple nails broke (which is very uncommon for me) and to top it off they told me two different prices. One over the phone and a completely different price once they saw me in person.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI don’t like to leave bad reviews but… First time here and it was the worst/messiest mani pedi I’ve ever received. Polish was old/too thick. She was not skilled at painting and left polish all over my fingers and around my nails, when I pointed it out she didn’t seem to agree with what I was seeing so I left with a manicure I could have done myself (I’m terrible!). Maybe I just got I unlucky and there are better nail technicians there. But I also noticed the owner legit taking a nap in one of the pedicure chairs as well as washing his face in the community sink. Then they added $1.50 without explaining when charging my card. I took the polish off after a few days and my nails are brittle and cracking. Sorry to say all of this but there needs to be major improvements and more attention to detail. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but… First time here and it was the worst/messiest mani pedi I’ve ever received. Polish was old/too thick. She was not skilled at painting and left polish all over my fingers and around my nails, when I pointed it out she didn’t seem to agree with what I was seeing so I left with a manicure I could have done myself (I’m terrible!). My services was horrible. Had to direct my nail tech several times. Didn’t even get the opportunity to enjoy my pedicure. My feet wasn’t smooth at all. Still had hang nail left in my big toe. For 30 bucks it could of been way better. She rushed for sure. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. New to the area but it’s sucks not having good nails techs in the area.

I walk in there and i get a tech that keeps stopping to look at her phone and texting,she is starting on my nails ( did not even offer me tips she just started doing her own stuff and texting on the phone)and then leaves due to an emergency they said and someone else finishes it. My daughter goes in after me and the tech is rude to her and to be honest she sis not even get what she wanted. I called and complained to I believe was the manager and he said if my daughter wanted to come back I told him no for what!!! NTL, we will not be going back and recommend you not waste your money or time. Very unprofessional and they lost two paying customers.
