Critical: Professionalism, ValueThey don’t honor appointments. Walk in’s just take precedence. If they had more help then that would be fine, but only 3 stylists most times. They keep changing the pricing on you. No prices posted, so open season of price switching & gouging.

I have had my hair done here multiple times and I always love my hair when I leave. This last time I got Senegalese twists and it only took her 4 hours to do them..despite having only one hair braider working on me at the time and the fact that it was a last minute same day appointment. Also, all of the ladies were really nice. So my experience was mostly good. I only have two complaints and words of advice.

I went in on a whim no appt.. they accepted me right away took my hair down washed it n did the tiniest and fullest zillions I’ve had in a while! My sides and back of my head is shaved and for what I have left I was only charged $80 did I say it was ful!! I’ll be back for sure!
