My mother and I was in and was scheduled with Nina. My mother got a perm and it was so nice that a haircut came with the perm service’s. My mother is 89 and loved the conversation she had with Nina. I also had an appointment with her and I got a highlight and haircut. Nina is very knowledgeable on my hair concerns and products to use and not to use. We will definitely be back to see her again! This place is so retro that is super neat! The other staff members are so sweet and kind. Definitely needs more then 5 stars! Prices are reasonable which is also a plus!

Great shop and staff. My new hometown barber. Update, received a haircut and beard trim from a new barber, older man who had issues with mobility. I can honestly say it was bad. He managed to chop most of the length of my beard off before I could stop him, he went down to the skin with the clippers when I Said no lower than a 2, and he managed to cut pretty much half the top of my head and said he was done. I walked away, went home and had to shave what was left on the top of my head down with my own clippers to even make it anywhere near acceptable. I will go back, but I will request one of the previous 2 barbers I received cuts from. I’m terrible with names but the ones I recommend are the Blonde woman and the younger guy with the beard.

Probably the worst cut I’ve ever experienced… As a 1st time customer I asked for a fade with a hard part… The part I received was super thick and high. I mean it’s hair and will grow back but again super unsatisfied with my cut. Haircut

I like Ketchpaw’s. Little to no waiting everytime I go for a haircut. They do a great job and they are friendly. I have been there several times. They even cut my wife’s hair when she needs it.

The people here are always very nice. However a couple of the new barbers are not the best. Recently got my hair cut and it was nothing like I asked for, actually had to trim it some when I got home. It seems the quality of work has slipped in the recent year. Not sure if I will go back after going there for more than 10 years.
