if you come here please never use micheal. he has managed to mess up my hair not once but twice now. the first time it was a perm which i understand a little bit because it’s not common anymore but when i left my hair was completely dead and not at all curly. the second time i came in i asked for curtain bangs with long layers and lots of volume. when he started to cut my bangs he said something along the lines of “let’s make this easier for me” and just cut straight across. i know nothing about hair but i can tell its very choppy and probably the worst haircut i have been given. when i got there he was outside cleaning his car and didn’t even acknowledge when i walked in the fist time. after standing there for about 5-10 minutes i walked out and had to call the salon to see if they accepted walk ins. when i came back that’s when he finally stepped into the store to help. He also told me that he will just leave in the middle of the day to find something to do even if he’s the only employee working there at that time. all in all micheal seems like the type of person to cut around corners to make it easier for him and doesn’t care about the quality of work. He is very unprofessional and should seriously be reconsidered as a hairstylist.

Absolutely & completely disappointed in my haircut & “balyage”. I paid nearly $300 for balyage and only got choppy highlights. The haircut itself was just terrible and so choppy! Very disappointed! The salon and people were great. It’s the quality that was disappointing. Also wish they would be up front about costs. I see a price for balyage and think that’s what I’m paying. NOPE. $100 more! Overall just disappointed & won’t be going back.

Renee and the owner are so great at their jobs. Everyone treated me so well when I can in for a cut. They do mens cuts. Anything a woman could possibly want from makeup to Balayage! Hair color. Styling you name it!! Renee is so attentive to her craft. If you go in definitely ask for her!!

I recently discovered Kess Hair Salon and I am very pleased with their service. Michael is fantastic! I highly recommend him. He cut my teenage sons hair and my daughters hair. He did an excellent job! He was patient and easy to talk to. He is very skilled and my kids loved their hair. We have finally found a stylist that we can all go to! And it’s conveniently located.
