I came to Kerry after seeing her salon while in My Salon Suites for another appointment. With covid I loved the idea of one on one nail services! Kerry is THE sweetest human ever. We chat the entire time and I always look forward to seeing her. She has been able to make all my nails dreams come true. Prior to coming to her the dip that I was getting made my nails very brittle and damaged. Her method of removal has saved my nails and allowed me to continue getting the dip I love!!

I absolutely love coming to Kerry to get my nails done, my feet, and my eye brows wax. Kerry’s shop is always clean, and she cares about you and makes you feel like the most important person when you are at her shop. The work she does is great. My dip nails can last over 4 weeks, if I want them too. If you are not happy for whatever reason, Kerry will fix it. I have very weak, brittle, peeling natural nails and had tried gel and dip at several other salons and they never lasted more than 2 weeks – but Kerry does such an awesome job that I can go 3-4 weeks with dip done by her and they still look great! I have very weak, brittle, peeling natural nails and had tried gel and dip at several other salons and they never lasted more than 2 weeks – but Kerry does such an awesome job that I can go 3-4 weeks with dip done by her and they still look great! I was visiting VA on a work trip and stumbled upon Kerry Nails via google maps. I called to see if she had availability and I was lucky enough to get in. I have had my fair share of mani/pedi’s in my life and I can honestly say I am BLOWN away with Kerry! Not only was she extremely personable, but I got the best mani/pedi of my life! I will be back in town for business in a couple weeks and I will FOR SURE make an appt to see Kerry again! I just wish I lived here!!! She was absolutely amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Kerry is the absolute BEST. You will not find a better nail experience anywhere else in Richmond. I love her central location, cozy studio, and top notch hospitality. I look forward to my appointments every 2-3 weeks! This is the first time in my entire life that I’ve kept up with my nails and it’s all due to her amazing skills. The quality of her work is worth it! But, more than the nails, I love her as a person! She is so easy to talk to and an amazing listener. She cares deeply for all of her clients, her family, her friends… everybody! She puts her heart into her work and it shows.
