Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent to get a perm, the stylist did not do what I asked (tight curls) and just did whatever she wanted. She rushed through the entire process, leaving perm solution all the way down my back and leaving my hair straight after it dried. Very very disappointed and wish I could get my money back.
