She knew what I wanted and that it was going to be a long process, and she stayed 4 hours after they closed to finish my hair. Every time I go there my hair looks amazing. I will forever get my my hair done by Tera. She knew what I wanted and that it was going to be a long process, and she stayed 4 hours after they closed to finish my hair. Every time I go there my hair looks amazing. They are so professional and the store is always clean! I live an hour away and its definitely worth the drive.

Critical: Punctuality, QualitySalon worker had us waiting for an hour, then proceeded to rush through the haircut entirely. Repeatedly ignored our requests, and when told the hair was already shorter than we wanted it, proceeded to keep going. Cut was incredibly uneven, and the left side of the hair lays farther down than the right side of the hair. And you cant even assess how bad the damage is when youre there so you have be polite, nod and say its fine. Its not fine. Repeatedly ignored our requests, and when told the hair was already shorter than we wanted it, proceeded to keep going.
