I come to this salon every few weeks to get a dip manicure – usually with Megan (I also sometimes get pedicures and eye brow waxing). My teen daughter loves to see Tiffany for her creative acrylic nail requests! She even had Tyler once for a birthday treat hand-painted butterfly design! No matter who we have encountered – including the front desk – we have been treated with kindness, warmth, consideration, and even some humor! (My daughter and her friends are so comfortable – not usual for teens – that I often leave them there on their own while I grocery shop… knowing they can practice some independence and that they will be welcome and cared for!

This is absolutely hands down THE BEST NAIL SALON IN THE AREA!!! Customer service is unparrelled!! And the skill and techniques that ALL the staff have is impeccable! I have been consistently coming here for about a year and a half, and I ALWAYS leave happy and more than satisfied with my nails. Tiffany is my nail tech and she gets it right 100% of the time she never misses!! First time going. The wait time as a walk-in was not long. Service went well until polish time. What I noticed when I walked out was that my toes and nails don’t match. However, I understand that can happen sometimes. I did return from the parking lot to “fix” my nails because they started to bubble. I was told “no big deal” but was asked to “make sure to wash my hands with soap” and “place my hands inside the LED lamp correctly.” The problem was not me. The problem was she used the gel base coat as a top coat. Now my nails look like they have a shadow.

I went in a week ago to have my nails done with dip powder, which I have had done before. After a few days my nails begin to crack, and within a week, multiple parts of my nails broke off, some including my natural nail. Their website says dip power lasts 2-3 weeks, and mine barely made it to 1. I called in and they told me to stop by so they could check them out. My nails were cracked and broken when I came in, but they were rude and acted as if the bad nail job was my fault. They did not apologize or offer to fix them, instead they offered to touch them up, which wouldn’t have helped much since the nails were actively falling apart and already damaged significantly. They wanted me to come back a few hours after they already told me to come in on the phone. I did not feel respected by them and felt as if they didn’t care if I was unsatisfied.

I was in a tight spot on a Saturday day night. The hair and make up artist that I had hired did not show up. I was on the phone for at least 30 min with no success. I frantically went to the salon hoping that they could squeeze me in. Thank goodness they could and made my hair look as good as possible.

The Nail Bar is the worst!!!I went there to get a pedicure and dip powder with a nail design. The technician told me she could not do the nail art I wanted but did not suggest any other design, instead she asked another technician who quickly stated”I can, t do it”, before I had a chance to show her the design; needless to say I walked of there with a simple French manicure and no design. For such a large Nail salon it surprising that there was no one else they could have asked about doing a nail design for me.

Bad customer service . I asked for some hair color not the whole hair .. I said it had washed out after a few days .. showed photos of how it went from red to orange and the date of the photos . I was put under the dryer this second time and the heat started to feel very hot on my scalp . He never apologized or offered anything to make me feel better . Hair ended up dark purple( obviously not the color I wanted which I understand because of the time ) . I was Still charged full price after all that . No thanks not coming back . Victoria was very nice to offer me water and asked how I was feeling.
