The BEST customer service and nails in downtown Pittsburgh! I am a regular at Kenny’s and they ALWAYS do an amazing job. They treat you like family and will never let you leave disappointed with your nails! They do amazing pedicures and acrylics! Super reasonable prices for the location as well . Added some of my fav nails they’ve done for me as a reference!

Okay so even though I was 10 mins late to my appointment, they still accepted me with no issues, the nail tech was super attentive and super friendly!! My nails look clean and even, they’re the perfect length for me, best nail center I’ve been too as a male. They didn’t make me feel weird and I was comfortable the whole time. I’m not a regular but will be coming back for sure!!

Cammy was wonderful – not only did she help me pick out colors for my nails, but did such a great job on the manicure itself! Not to mention she’s incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. The salon was tidy and had a great selection of colors and services. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I so very rarely leave bad reviews but felt the need, this was definitely the worst mani/pedi I have ever gotten. The staff was nice and store was clean, so I was optimistic, but the results are just terrible. I did a premium pedicure followed by powder mani, and despite being there over two hours one of my toes was not even close to dry and completely wiped off before leaving. They tried to fix it but you can see from the photos how that worked out.

I have been here a few times now since I’ve started working downtown, and they are the best salon I’ve ever been to! They always get the shape I ask for just right and do perfect designs. I was in today and showed them a picture of what I wanted and it turned out even better than the picture! This place is clean, professional, and everybody is very friendly. They take their time to give you exactly what you want. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend this place!

Critical: QualityThis is my second time going and both times they’ve done a poor job. My stiletto nail tips were not symmetrical and my almond nails aren’t either. They look so bad my coworkers gave me a better place to go. I asked for ombré nails and they look nothing like the reference picture. The ombré part is streaky. These nails look ok until you get close to them. I would understand the quality of you guys were cheaper but these are 10 bucks more than the place on south side and they look worst. Unacceptable. This is my second time going and both times they’ve done a poor job. My stiletto nail tips were not symmetrical and my almond nails aren’t either. They look so bad my coworkers gave me a better place to go. I asked for ombré nails and they look nothing like the reference picture. The ombré part is streaky. I have been to Kenny’s three times now, and they do a great job! I love being able to get my nails done on my lunch hour. I did not have to wait when I arrived for my appointment. The salon is clean, and the employees are very friendly. Cammy is awesome! She asks questions to make sure I was happy with the shape of my nails, the color I chose, etc. She makes suggestions too! I highly recommend this salon!

I went on my lunch break for the first time- Great service! They were able to get me in and out within the hour that I had for my lunch, while doing a great job! It’s been a while since I had a full set on, but I will definitely be going back for my fill in 2 weeks! Highly recommend! Acrylic nails

Always friendly and so fun to conversate with. Very professional all the time. Very clean. I won’t go anywhere else for my services, as they’re consistent and they always do a fantastic job. While they may not be the cheapest salon, I’m a firm believer of getting what you pay for and if you want cheap, maybe choose another salon. They don’t cut corners, they sanitize after every guest, and they’re accommodating in most circumstances.
