I really hate that my nails didn’t turn out very good…I had them done on Saturday 7/2/22. The staff is very nice, but when I left and was able to really look at my nails I noticed quiet a few flaws. The black line on the clear part of the French manicure was the first thing I noticed, then I saw that the acrylic had bubbles in it on the thumb nail. It’s very noticeable…yesterday a huge chunk of the black gel polish came off. I’m not really sure how to fix that considering I have acrylic nails and gel

The decor is nice, customer service was fine. The work left much to be desired. I had a gel manicure yesterday. The polish job wasn’t the best, considering their prices. I feel like the workers were being rushed to keep up with the demand and to prevent customers from leaving if the wait was too long.

Took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed. The lady that’s been there for years waxed my daughters beautiful eyebrows so uneven. My daughter doesn’t want to upload pics because she’s being crying ever since. SMH thank God eyebrows grow back in a week or two.

Horrible place, I went 3 weeks ago and got and mani and pedi and a fungus also. The pedicure girl was good with massage and rocks but cut my toes and painted them while bleeding. Then went to get dip for my nails and the male tech was awful, rushed me because other customers had come In and were waiting. He was not friendly and kept yelling at the lady techs to hurry up with their customers due to the people that kept coming in the place. I won’t be back and would give ZERO STARS if I could!!!!! Horrible place, I see why now everyone is complaining about this place….

I enjoyed my time there and I love my nails. The only complaint I have is that I got the Kenny’ super deluxe pedicure and it stated that it was a 55 minute treatment. The tech only spent 30 minutes on me.

I had dip placed on my nails and I was not impressed with the service I received. I had to request for my nails to be dipped again due to the thin layer and still being able to see my original nails. The tech only dipped once more despite the application being very transparent. After requesting for my nails to be dipped again he appeared to become frustrated and handled my hands roughly. I was very disappointed with my experience and will not return.
