Taylor does a wonderful job and she works very hard at what she does! I normally do not feel comfortable letting just anyone mess with my hair, but she has always exceeded every expectation I have going into my appointment(s). She does phenomenal work and works hard to make sure you walk out feeling better than you came in. Here are photos from before I went in at my most recent appointment as well as after. I got a full foil and cut from her. It may not look it in the photos, but I can 100% assure you my hair was light brown prior to the full foil, I am now an subtle ash blonde!

I originally had a horrible experience with Kenneth’s at Mill-Run Rd. The first girl I saw totally botched my hair and didn’t listen to my concerns after the service. I was really upset and cried in my car afterwards. Amy the manager was so helpful and understanding in this situation so she set me up with one of her best stylists named Kylie. I was a little nervous going into this appointment just because of my first experience but let me tell you, this woman KNOWS HER STUFF!! I did a total 360 on her and wanted to go blonde instead of brunette and she handled it in stride and gave me professional suggestions that I could understand. We went over a plan before she added color to my hair which made me feel so much better. Kylie is so easy going, funny, and really easy to talk to. I was never afraid to ask questions or voice an opinion about my hair. I know going blonde is a process to keep your hair healthy, so I figured I wouldn’t see very much blonde this first visit but she made me as much blonde as she possibly could! I am already happy with the end result and my new hair stylist! If you are looking for a hair stylist who knows what they are doing and they make you feel confident in yourself? I highly suggest Kylie!

I highly recommend Elizabeth at Kenneth’s Salon and Day Spa! Elizabeth helped me find the right cut and style for my hair. She does a great job cutting and styling hair. I’ve found it difficult to find a hairdresser that could style my hair and always assumed it was just too difficult for someone who wasn’t used to working with it on a daily basis. It’s not too difficult for Elizabeth. My hair looks great when I leave the salon which makes me feel great. It’s been a long time since I felt this good about how my hair looks. I love the salon too. Everyone working there is helpful and welcoming. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Elizabeth introduced me to some of Kenneth’s products which have also helped keep my style in this summer heat. I have gray hair which is very humidity sensitive so that was a challenge until now. I have no doubt that whatever you need Elizabeth to do for your hair she’ll do a great job. She’s very enthusiastic about her work and cares about making her customers look their very best.

I really like this place and my experience. I went for the first time yesterday at the Mill Run location never knowing it existed. Anette did my hair. Not only was she very professional and personable but she cared about my hair and explained to me her concerns moving forward, what could potentially happen. She did a wonderful job. I have had several perms in my life and I always didn’t like how they first come out just weird looking and stinky. She made it look great and killed the smell with product. Kim is an excellent masseuse who was recently promoted at Kenneth’s (Mill Run location). She listens and focuses on problem areas during your session while also providing helpful recommendations when it comes to what type of massage might benefit you (ahead of scheduling your next service). Kim shares good tips on stretches/easy exercises to consider in between visits too. Highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

I had a really great experience with Chelsea at the Mill Run location! She was very attentive through the whole appointment and made sure I was getting the haircut I wanted. She also recommended (without being pushy at all) a protein treatment that left my hair way healthier and softer than when I came in. I look forward to my next appointment with her!
