She’s wonderful to work with, and really listens to what you want and incorporates and feedback as you go. have had two appointments with Haili at the academy location on Reed Road. Haili is the absolute best. She made me feel welcome the moment she greeted me. She listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I had my first color with Haili, and I will definitely be back. Everyone at that location is amazing, from the front desk workers to the stylists. I have not heard one negative word while there. I would recommend anyone in the are to give them a try.

Went here 12/27. Waited 50 minutes past my appointment time and stylist of course could not perform the service I had scheduled because she no longer had time. She then said it was because I had too much hair. I tried to give grace and stated I would reschedule. (After wasting 2 1/2 hours between driving and waiting). I rescheduled for the next Monday. Well I went and there was no appointment. The receptionist told me one day and scheduled in the system another. Asked for a manager and there was none. Waited 10 minutes after the receptionist saying one was coming. No one came. I left. Most unprofessional salon ever. Manager called me today and said I should have more understanding. Really?! It’s now my fault I’ve wasted 3 1/2 hours of MY time and still have had no hair services? Do not give them your money.

Im absolutely in love with my hair. my stylist Reagan did a fabulous job! It was my first time getting any sort of color in my hair, I didn’t want to go crazy with it and still wanted to show my natural hair while you could still notice that my hair was colored. She was very helpful with style and how we were gonna handle it. Love how she curled my hair. She was very excited and proud of herself in the finished product. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a salon day, also they have Groupon which is a plus because you’ll save some money:)!

I had made an appointment for a hair cut and highlights…. I had some blue left in my hair and me and my stylist(hali) agreed because of that blue that we could not do it… after that she started cutting.. I no longer felt welcome and everything is suggested or said was shoot down. There was no talking just silence. I got a few dirty looks and I will not be coming back. The other stylist that had to help mine was nice.
