Taliyah is amazing! Sorry if name was spelt incorrectly. She was immediate in her response and worked me in short notice for a literal 16 1/2 process from red to platinum blonde. She took all the time and effort needed to make this a positive experience and was extremely thorough from beginning to end. She even had a 30min phone conversation about my hair and sent pics etc before ever meeting. She quoted me 8 hours and stayed true to her quote despite the extra time and product. A rare find and a hidden gem! I am hard to impress but she managed!

I have been seeing Michael Goodwin for many years even when he was at a different salon before Kenneth & Company. I have been coming to this salon for a very long time. I first started with Michelle then Laurie and I have had my hair done by almost everyone (Ken, Natasha & Monica). They are all fantastic. I may arrive to my appointment with Michael not feeling great and it never fails I always feel better when I leave. I have some health problems which causes some restrictions and challenges for the stylist but everyone has always been very accommodating for me. It just has a very family involved welcoming feeling to the salon. So if your looking for a new salon please give Kenneth & Company a try.
