Critical: ValueWebsite says men’s haircut includes scalp, neck and shoulder massage. Did not receive any. Charged full price for a simple haircut with no shampoo or anything extra. On top of that was coerced into a tip when I didn’t think it was deserved. They need to publish their price list and then maybe people will come in expecting to pay for what they got. Website says men’s haircut includes scalp, neck and shoulder massage. Did not receive any. Charged full price for a simple haircut with no shampoo or anything extra. On top of that was coerced into a tip when I didn’t think it was deserved. They need to publish their price list and then maybe people will come in expecting to pay for what they got. The service is always top shelf. The entire staff, from the desk to the “floor staff” all the way up to ownership are always very kind and personable during the entire visit. From my initial visit several years ago, I was told all the costs upfront and NEVER have been coerced or forced to provide a tip. The service is always top shelf. The entire staff, from the desk to the “floor staff” all the way up to ownership are always very kind and personable during the entire visit. In addition the services provided, haircut, shave, facial etc are always done professionally and not mention, with very excellent results.

When I walked into Kennedy’s that same day, Gina postponed her lunch break even though I didn’t have an appointment and took her time to fix my haircut. Not only was she courteous but she was extremely skilled in working with the terrible cut. On top of this, my wife and I are expecting our first child in the next few weeks so I’ll now be looking a lot better in pictures holding our baby than I otherwise would have! I wish I could give more stars for Gina. I had visited another barber shop on a recommendation from a friend but got a terrible haircut. When I walked into Kennedy’s that same day, Gina postponed her lunch break even though I didn’t have an appointment and took her time to fix my haircut. Not only was she courteous but she was extremely skilled in working with the terrible cut. On top of this, my wife and I are expecting our first child in the next few weeks so I’ll now be looking a lot better in pictures holding our baby than I otherwise would have! Thank you, Gina!
