This was my 2nd or 3rd time using Andre. I can’t, in all good faith, go back again. I specifically came in for a TRIM (i.e. “a little off sides & back”). I also specifically said leave sideburns at length-point they were at. I walked out looking like I’d just gotten discharged from boot camp! Don’t get me wrong — Andre is a great guy, enjoyable conversationalist, but didn’t LISTEN to what i expected and wanted. That’s an issue for me. He took off 3/4 of my hair sides & back and a 1/3 off the top that covers my bald spot. It will probably be 3 months before I don’t look “military”…so, if you go to Andre WATCH what he’s doing, and don’t wind up like me!
