Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve had long hair down my back and very short hair, so by now I know that I love short hair. Kendra has been my hairdresser through all of the lengths in between for 10 years. She genuinely listens to my concerns about my hair, and is responsive to my questions. Kendra considers my face shape, the texture of my hair (it’s thick, folks), and my general lack of beauty skills (I’m all thumbs with a hairdryer and round brush). We look at reference pictures together. She points out what she thinks would work, and we go for it. The head massage during the conditioner treatment is drool-worthy. I’m speechless for minutes; it’s so good. Then comes the fabulous cut, and styling. I’m not so confident using products and styling my hair, but Kendra has shown me simple techniques to use with my hairdryer and round brush. I’ve learned about products that are good for my hair type for cleaning, conditioning, and styling. I can make my hair look almost as fabulous as she does. Kendra is is simply the best in my book. I’ve had long hair down my back and very short hair, so by now I know that I love short hair. Kendra has been my hairdresser through all of the lengths in between for 10 years. She genuinely listens to my concerns about my hair, and is responsive to my questions. I moved to the area 6 years ago and was with my previous hair stylist for over 20 years, needless to say it was very hard for me to switch to someone new. I have long hair and love it long and love changing it up with color. Kendra was referred to me and I AM SO HAPPY that I found her!!
