They were both really lovely while I was waiting. I did wait a while (as there was other people already there and I was a walk in.) Even though they were busy and working fast the service was amazing and actually had conversations with me, I usually have problems with nail techs ignoring me. I was accidentally cut but we were talking and laughing and I tend to move my hands while I talk and she was extremely nice and apologetic about it!

I got my nails done there a week ago today. The day I got home, one nail broke off. I thought maybe it was my fault and I hit it against something, although in my 10 years of having acrylics I’ve never had that happen. 2 days later, the rest of them were chipping & peeling from the nail. As of a week, today, every nail on my finger is either chipped or popped off. And when the man was doing my nails, the drill was turned all the way up, causing my fingers to burn and hurt. I pulled my hands back a few times out of instinct and he told me to stay still. I came here because my 14 year old comes here & gets dip nails and always loves them but the acrylics & service is a hard no from me. The drive to Tulsa for correct application & service will continue to be worth it for me, after this.

If I could give negative stars I would! The chick that did my pedicure didn’t care not one bit. She was so busy looking out the window that she filed my toes instead of my nails. When I told her that her hair was on my feet, and moved them, she got mad at me. When I tell them how bad the service was, they still want the full payment and laugh. Will never be back and definitely do NOT recommend!
