Critical: ProfessionalismFirst things first, I am not usually one to complain but I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. The salon I usually go to had no techs available so I decided to go here. I booked an appointment for an acrylic fill in and when I entered the salon, the ladies told me to get a gel fill in instead, so I took their advice. I sat down and I did not even pick a color when the lady began to do my nails. She made me bleed with the buffer tool she was using. Towards the end, she kept putting on coats of “matte” top gel and I was worried my nails would be puffy. When this was over, I was charged $40. I came home an hour later and realized my nails, were indeed, puffy and decided to give them a call for the price breakdown. I asked the man why I was charged so much and found out they charge separately for fill in, color, and matte top coat. He explained all of this with an attitude and I told him his prices online were different and he proceeded to tell me I was wrong and would charge me to fix my puffy, streaky, “matte” nails. First things first, I am not usually one to complain but I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. The salon I usually go to had no techs available so I decided to go here. I booked an appointment for an acrylic fill in and when I entered the salon, the ladies told me to get a gel fill in instead, so I took their advice.
