Ladies! (And gents too) if you want to feel BOMB walking out of the salon then you have to go see Kelsey at Fern and Dales! She makes me feel like I’m in a Herbal Essence commercial with slow motion, swinging hair every time I leave (she uses way better products though) Kelsey is so talented, super fun, and just an appointment away from you feeling Ah-ma-zing!
