Absolutely love Kelsee! She’s quick with responding and very educated on her products. I have very sensitive skin and she used only products that wouldn’t cause a reaction. Once I arrived she said she had to cancel the appointment because she had another client coming in soon even though she knew when I would be arriving and still scheduled the appointment. Was very rude and argumentative about something she thought she said but didn’t.Once she read her messages she had sent me and realized she didn’t relay information she thought she had, she blamed it on the time. Again, Poor communication. Proceeded to argue with me via text message afterwards then said I arrived later than I did and threatened to pull cameras. I could’ve had the service completed by the amount of time she spent texting me arguing with me after I left. Very immature to be in business especially when customer service is involved. Hopefully she gains more experience and maturity as she gets older but definitely I would not recommend.Really horrible communication and customer service.
