I have been to Kelly’s Salon in Arab several times now, and should say that I drive from Madison, Alabama. The staff is always punctual, and I am acknowledged pleasantly when I arrive. My stylist, Cassidy, is very knowledgeable about new coloring techniques and listens to my concerns about my hair, as well as what I am trying to accomplish with it. I always leave satisfied, and receive many compliments on the color and cut. I plan on continuing to use this trendy salon.

staff was extremely unwelcoming and didn’t say one word to me until i tracked one down. they didn’t ask me what i wanted at all, attitude was very detached and cold. not a friendly atmosphere at all, to remind you my haircut was a TRIM and took 5-10 minures and it was $40. never again.
