Critical: QualityCharged me for a gel fill when I didn’t get gel. I was given a set of colors and no other options. I asked why my fill was $25 and was told I chose gel when I did not Charged me $36 dollars when I couldn’t gotten a better new set for that price somewhere else. Also gave me the incorrect change back. The shape of my nails are awful and uneven as well as the paint job and they used used materials on my nails as well and did not wash their hands between customers. Charged me for a gel fill when I didn’t get gel. I was given a set of colors and no other options. I asked why my fill was $25 and was told I chose gel when I did not Charged me $36 dollars when I couldn’t gotten a better new set for that price somewhere else. This nail salon is terrible I wish I could give it zero stars. The people that work there are rude and the lady that does nails are sloppy. The lady made my nails uneven and she got hair stuck in my top coat. When I asked her to fix it she had an attitude and grabbed my hand aggressively. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. They don’t give you wat you ask and they don’t know how to do modern nail art.

This is the only nail salon in town and I only support them because I want to shop local. The past few times I have went have been rushed with poor service and today I was going to give them one last chance to hopefully change my opinion. They clearly have advertised as being now open on Sundays until 5pm and at 2:30 today they are closed. If you want people to support you then be open as advertised! I will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on!
