Kelly is VERY talented. My nails looked great & she was super nice. I made a follow up appt for the next month. My best friend died and my car broke down so I rescheduled. Then I was gonna go with my friend who also goes there but she got sick so I cancelled. I just called to reschedule and she won’t see me. She’s a terrible business owner. I was in tears and she was incredibly rude. I e had a really rough way to go lately and she didn’t care at all. She’s the best nail tech in town so she thinks she can treat eoe anyway she pleases.
