Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe person who did my bf pedi was amazing. I think I had Steven for my mani and pedi. Steven was filing the air while engrossed in the football game on. I have gel all over my skin and cuticles.The polish is clumpy looking as well. I didn’t have time to ask for it to be done again. Won’t be returning sorry.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have NEVER experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism like I got from Kelly’s nails. Kelly , 4th tech from down on the left, was so nasty and rude . she didn’t want to do my nails from the beginning, and when I corrected the color she was about to use, she completely shut down. she installed my nail very sloppy and barely tried to shape it, she didn’t buff it or anything. she then slapped some topcoat on it and said done. when I asked for a manager, she sat back and smirked at me.Management comes over and asks ” what’s wrong with it”, as if it isn’t visably horrible. I guess the management staff condones that type of behavior among its staff. I have NEVER experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism like I got from Kelly’s nails. Critical: QualityI just wanted a fill in and color change, from an old acrylic overlay set. He barely removed the polish from the last set. It was a very rushed job. I kept asking if he could do little things along the way, such as remove the existing polish or atleast file my nail until it’s smoother. He insisted don’t worry I’ll give you what you asked for. I just wanted a fill in and color change, from an old acrylic overlay set. He barely removed the polish from the last set. It was a very rushed job. I kept asking if he could do little things along the way, such as remove the existing polish or atleast file my nail until it’s smoother. He insisted don’t worry I’ll give you what you asked for. And this is the remaining product.

Critical: QualityI went to this nail salon three times in one week because every time they do my nails they form these hairline cracks all over them. It’s most likely because they are cutting corners using a cheaper acrylic. 2 stars only because they redid them every time with care. I really like Cindy. It’s a shame they use such cheap acrylic that doesn’t last more than 2 days. I went to this nail salon three times in one week because every time they do my nails they form these hairline cracks all over them. It’s most likely because they are cutting corners using a cheaper acrylic. 2 stars only because they redid them every time with care. I really like Cindy.
