Paid for a repair and fill in. 5 days later the same nail that got repaired came off. When I went back, I was told my nail came off because it was too long and I would have to pay $10 for another repair. A day later, another nail comes off- I refuse to pay another 10 after I had paid $55 for a fill/repair and the other 10 for the nail I had to get repaired again.

I’ve used several different nail salons down through the last few years, Kelly’s nail salon is by far the best! Pleasant atmosphere and the nail technicians are the absolute best that I’ve ever had! Positive: Quality, ValueI haven’t had my nails done in years! I ended up getting a dip mani on my bare nails. I absolutely love them! I think the owner did mine and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I arrived when it wasn’t busy so I didn’t have to wait long. They did get pretty backed up for pedis tho.

They don’t have very big selection for gel colors and they lady doing the pedicure did not use exfoliate scrub only lotion and only put it from ankle down and the massage consisted of rubbing the lotion on my foot and ankle no massaging the foot or leg only rubbed a little lotion in. Do not recommend this place. It was my 1st and last time at this establishment

Kelly cut my natural growing nails, after I showed her a picture of what I would like to have on my nails. She sent me to get my pedicure. I picked a toe color that matched my nail design. After I get back to her she tells me she’s going to charge $30 extra to put the simple lines shown in the picture on my nails. After I asked her why she didn’t tell me she had no response. I asked her how much to take the polish off my toes she yelled to me $15. Had I known, I wouldn’t have let her cut nails, I would’ve just gotten an overlay with my own nails, the color I chose for my toes would’ve been different. Be careful using this establishment.
