So I just took my wife here (Toni). After reading reviews we were sold on her so we walked in. My wife had a tangle/knot in her hair that she couldn’t get out. My wife’s hair length was passed her waist walking in. She agreed on Kelly cutting her hair and showed her a pic of a lob style. Her reply was,”You don’t need to show me a picture and get your expectations up”. Ha! That should have told me what I needed to know. But my wife agreed as long as she could try. Well after cutting off 18 inches of hair, my wife was a little anxious and was asking her questions on why she was cutting the front as short as the back she said “ I saw the picture so let me do it”. Well, when my wife asked again about her cutting the front so short she ripped the drape off her and with an attitude saying she would not finish it while my wife cried about her hair. When I told my wife someone can finish up the road, Kelly asked me to let her finish and SHE WAS DOING US A FAVOR! What a joke!! My wife may end up liking the cut but Kelly’s attitude was that of a 85 year working housewife who hates the world. I wouldn’t bring my poodle in their for a FREE haircut. People stay away unless you want to sit in her chair like a 1st grader and not talk or ask questions. My wife tried to pay her and she refused. I guess that was the favor she was doing. All this was done in front of another customer. What a joke

Angel is a great hairstylist and so enjoyable. She did an amazing cut and style and color, access highlights. Relaxing atmosphere. It was a great experience, my husband got his hair cut to, he needs another like I do.. Go Angel!!

Just a FYI the previous review was a lie. Let me show you the tangle this man is talking about , I don’t know how to put a pic on this post but the tangle was the size of my hand. They were both very aggressive .
