Critical: ProfessionalismI left 2 messages on voicemail to change a standing appointment (my first) and did not get a call back. After one week of no response to VM, I had to walk into the business to change the appointment. They acknowledged receiving my voicemails but couldn’t explain why stylist did not return my calls. I left 2 messages on voicemail to change a standing appointment (my first) and did not get a call back. After one week of no response to VM, I had to walk into the business to change the appointment. They acknowledged receiving my voicemails but couldn’t explain why stylist did not return my calls. I decided to cancel- out of frustration. Who has time for this level of customer service? Not me.
